Refund policy
Returns:
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Refunds:

Exchanges:
- Size Exchanges Only: If you need a different size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired size. Color exchanges are not permitted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
- Custom apparel is non-refundable. Custom apparel is non-refundable because each item is made to specific customer specifications, including sizes, designs, and personalization. Once produced, these items cannot be resold, making them unique to each order. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before finalizing their purchase.
